What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed for each client
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in all practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Fully licensed and previously worked in North Carolina
