What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct assessments and create behavior plans for clients
- Supervise ABA programs and staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Support and train caregivers and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with a team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold an active BCBA certification
- Experience in supervising RBTs or technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Growth mindset and cultural responsiveness

- Previous experience in a similar role within the behavioral health sector
