What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior plans for clients
- Supervise ABA programs and manage staff performance
- Train and support caregivers and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with a team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active BCBA certification is required
- Experience supervising RBTs or technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Growth mindset and cultural responsiveness
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within a behavioral health setting
- Familiarity with a variety of ABA techniques and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and environments
