What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct assessments and create individualized behavior plans
- Supervise ABA programs and oversee staff performance
- Provide support and training for caregivers and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with a team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold active BCBA certification
- Experience supervising RBTs or technicians
- Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
- Possess a growth mindset and cultural responsiveness
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a behavioral health setting
- Familiarity with various ABA methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
