      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze data from transaction monitoring reports to assess the need for enhanced due diligence or investigations
      - Fulfill BSA/AML/OFAC regulatory requirements, including filing SARs and CTRs
      - Develop expertise in BSA/AML/OFAC controls and related systems
      - Review reporting processes and recommend enhancements to capture unusual activity
      - Use analytical skills to identify suspicious activities and uncover trends in fraudulent behavior

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in BSA/AML/OFAC-related activities within the financial services industry
      - Experience writing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
      - Experience conducting financial crime investigations or money laundering monitoring
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Experience in money transfer or fintech sectors
      - Regulatory experience
      - SQL experience
      - Familiarity with creating management reports and presentations
