      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with members via phone, email, and other channels to assist with quotes, policy inquiries, and billing questions
      - Build rapport with members by understanding their needs and providing accurate solutions
      - Process insurance transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
      - Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
      - Maintain required certifications and actively pursue opportunities to enhance product knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required; some college education preferred
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience required, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitality
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone
      - Must have an Active Property & Casualty license or obtain one within 60 days of hire
      - Basic technical troubleshooting skills and comfort with digital tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a contact center environment
      - Strong research and internet skills; ability to learn quickly across various subjects
      - Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy
      - Solid understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards
