      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
      - Provide information on cardholder accounts regarding payments and benefits
      - Assist customers with inquiries related to transactions and account statuses
      - Process transactions and research requests using web-based applications efficiently
      - Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, ensuring compliance with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch roles
      - Proficiency in English is required
      - Ability to complete background checks, credit checks, and security fingerprinting
      - Must reside in Puerto Rico with legal authorization to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of previous call center experience
