What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Provide information regarding payments and benefits to cardholders
- Assist customers with inquiries about transactions and account statuses
- Process transactions accurately using web-based applications
- Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or dispatch roles
- Proficiency in English is required
- Ability to complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Must reside in Puerto Rico with legal authorization to work permanently in the United States
