What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Provide information to cardholders regarding payments and benefits
- Assist with inquiries about transactions and account statuses
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company programs, policies, and technology
- Communicate effectively and empathetically while ensuring compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Completion of a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
