What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the implementation of software solutions, including data transfers for 16-20 clients
- Conduct meetings with clients via Zoom to guide them through the new product line
- Collaborate with clients primarily located in Eastern and Central time zones during standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring a high level of service
- Demonstrate technical proficiency and analytical ability in client interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in client-facing roles
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in software implementation
- Must be tech-savvy
- Commitment to the contract period
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a K-12 system administrator
- Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) environments
