      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently manage tasks and set priorities to anticipate the needs of physicians and administrative staff
      - Maintain regular contact with physicians and participating entities while exhibiting professionalism and sound judgment
      - Conduct quality control and performance improvement processes for the credentialing office
      - Keep paper files organized and maintain knowledge of relevant credentialing standards
      - Participate in the marketing and orientation of new participating entities and changes to existing credentialing requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent with two years of post-secondary education focused on credentialing services
      - Minimum of two years of experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or equivalent in a healthcare organization
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and business management concepts
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and credentialing software
      - Strong English composition skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in healthcare credentialing is optimal
      - Additional certifications related to credentialing services
