      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer crisis helplines with compassion and adhere to the organization's training expectations
      - Document crisis contacts accurately and timely in an electronic health record system
      - Place follow-up calls to crisis contacts as directed by the shift supervisor
      - Triage crisis contacts and collaborate with coworkers to manage call flow effectively
      - Participate in mandatory trainings to stay updated on crisis intervention policies and techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must meet Qualified Mental Health Associate requirements
      - Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
      - Strong empathy, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively
      - Proficient in a web-based computer environment and multi-line phone systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate degree in psychology, social work, or a behavioral science field, or relevant crisis intervention experience
      - Veterans are preferred
      - ASIST certification
      - CADC certification strongly preferred
      - Experience in a call center environment
