What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a variety of inquiries regarding orders, adjustments, gratis copy requests, company websites, digital product registrations, and general product and process inquiries via phone, email, cases, and live chat
- Navigate multiple internal software applications while conversing with customers to clarify their needs and resolve outstanding inquiries
- Identify and report on trends that lead to improvements in products, services, processes, and websites
- Achieve established quality, availability, and productivity objectives to ensure overall success
- Share acquired knowledge through mentoring opportunities to support others' success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a High School Graduate diploma or GED
- Solid multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Commitment to ongoing personal development
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work productively and independently
- Professionalism, attentiveness, compassion, and courtesy towards others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or related roles in the education technology sector
- Familiarity with digital products and services
- Ability to identify trends and suggest improvements based on customer feedback
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and support colleagues
