What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end shipment operations, including order creation, load building, scheduling, tracking, event entry, and invoicing
- Monitor task boards and emails to ensure timely completion of shipment activities
- Document shipment events accurately and validate load data within internal systems
- Identify and escalate shipment issues, discrepancies, or urgent requests as needed
- Support customer and carrier inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and high levels of satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Previous customer service experience in a call center and/or office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness and availability to work evenings and/or weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong communication, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Experience working in roles requiring high accuracy and data validation
