What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service through phone and computer interactions, supporting clients with maintenance issues
- Dispatch technicians to gas stations experiencing maintenance problems
- Maintain an organized and accurate approach while managing customer inquiries
- Learn new information, policies, and software related to the petroleum industry
- Successfully complete training evaluations and pass a computer skills assessment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment
- Must reside in Oregon or SW Washington
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not a requirement
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation
