  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide superior customer service through phone and computer interactions, supporting clients with maintenance issues
  - Dispatch technicians to gas stations experiencing maintenance problems
  - Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic while assisting customers
  - Learn and adapt to new information, policies, and skills related to the petroleum industry
  - Utilize computer systems effectively to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience
  - Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment
  - Resident of Kenosha, Wisconsin area
  - Dependable and committed to being on time and ready to work each day
  - Ability to successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
