      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, chats, and emails
      - Accurately document call details and manage assigned cases from initiation to resolution
      - Research and assist customers effectively, maintaining a positive attitude throughout interactions
      - Offer timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries
      - Utilize computer skills to navigate requests and ensure thorough record-keeping

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to navigate a computer and the internet proficiently
      - Typing skills with a minimum of 25 words per minute

      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Familiarity with automotive industry or products is a plus
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
      - Previous experience with case management or tracking systems
      - Availability for flexible shifts within call center hours
