What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service support in an inbound call center setting
- Assist customers with inquiries related to one of the largest financial providers in the U.S.
- Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace during training and work hours
- Utilize system tools to navigate and provide accurate information to customers
- Demonstrate reliability and professionalism in all customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Oklahoma (remote)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Open availability during operating hours is essential
