What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service through phone and computer interactions, addressing maintenance issues for gas stations
- Dispatch technicians to locations based on client needs and maintain communication throughout the service process
- Commit to a set schedule and dedicate full attention to work responsibilities during shifts
- Learn new information, policies, and skills related to the petroleum industry and company software
- Utilize computer systems and phone effectively for the duration of the shift
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience
- Must be a resident of Tennessee in the Nashville area
- Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment
- Dependable with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service
- Ability to successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, a pre-employment drug screen, and background check
