      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts
      - Provide world-class customer service, utilizing product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
      - Process orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records while effectively multitasking
      - Upsell products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction
      - Collaborate with a cooperative team environment to foster learning and growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center setting
      - Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle challenging situations
      - Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service
      - Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays
      - Must pass a background screening and be at least 18 years old, holding a GED or High School Diploma
