      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts
      - Provide world-class customer service while troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
      - Process orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records with attention to detail
      - Engage in upselling products and services during customer interactions
      - Effectively multitask while navigating multiple systems and maintaining a positive attitude

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a call center virtual setting
      - Exceptional communication and active listening skills to handle difficult situations professionally
      - Proven sales-focused mindset with the ability to upsell products/services
      - Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts any day of the week
      - Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, and have a GED or High School Diploma
