What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Obtain the release of vehicles from body shops and other locations
- Manage professional communication through phone calls, and potentially chat and email support
- Focus on call resolution and utilize company resources to meet customer needs
- Perform additional office support functions as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of 45 words per minute or higher
- Professional appearance and demeanor
