What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional customer care through various channels, including phone, email, text, and web chat
- Review and update toll account information while processing tolls and related inquiries
- Resolve toll charge disputes and assist with congestion pricing questions
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure complete resolution of customer issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a structured call center environment
- Familiarity with tolling services or related inquiries
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Previous experience managing customer accounts or inquiries
