What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide methods and solutions to debt borrowers to resolve delinquent accounts
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist borrowers in managing their debt
- Maintain a workload of delinquent accounts and ensure proper follow-up for documentation and payment processing
- Document borrower accounts accurately and notify them of any missing or additional procedures
- Utilize skip tracing techniques to identify borrower contact information while adhering to compliance regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus
- Previous experience in collections, call center, or customer service is preferred
- Ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals

- Experience in debt recovery or accounts receivable management
- Strong multitasking abilities and composure in stressful situations
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
