What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence
- Oversee customer portfolios and introduce new products to enhance customer experience
- Maintain and track customer business plans, focusing on revenue, profitability, and growth opportunities
- Conduct regular Business Review meetings to assess performance and strategic alignment
- Address operational issues, ensuring billing accuracy and high-quality performance reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in Account Management or Customer Support
- Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), procurement, warehousing, inventory, distribution, logistics, and transportation
- Strong conflict resolution and accountability management skills
- Proficient in project management and cross-functional coordination
- Ability to track and resolve operational issues effectively

- Experience with quality control performance reporting and invoicing
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
