- Establish strategic partnerships with clients to drive positive outcomes and experiences
- Communicate and deliver ROI throughout the customer lifecycle
- Serve as the trusted partner for clients on best practices in customer success
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and risks for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and account management hierarchies
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, G-suite, Confluence, and Zendesk
- Strong online presentation and software demonstration skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to execute objectives timely

- Experience in call center, performance marketing, or telephony sectors
- Ability to gather empirical data for objective case analysis
- Proactive engagement in client projects and communications
