Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources into our company databases and systems.
* Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and any potential discrepancies.
* Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all company and client information.
* Update and manage existing database records, ensuring all information is current.
* Generate reports, retrieve data, and perform regular data quality checks as required.
* Adhere to all data protection policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and support administrative tasks where necessary.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
* Exceptional typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A thorough understanding of data confidentiality principles.
* A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
