      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and cultivate dealer partnerships to drive application and loan volume growth
      - Develop and execute business strategies within the assigned market
      - Collaborate with origination and dealer services teams to solve market challenges
      - Communicate effectively with dealers to enhance their experience
      - Identify opportunities for product improvements and training needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of three (3) years of successful automotive sales experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Clean driving record with no major incidents in the past five years
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
