- Experience in dental insurance billing, claim submission, and payment posting
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, EOBs, and appeal processes
- Ability to manage insurance aging, follow up on unpaid claims, and resolve denials
- Skilled in insurance verifications and eligibility checks
- Proficiency with many different dental software systems and online insurance portals
- Reliable internet, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
- Previous remote/work-from-home experience preferred
