What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Setup and support customers using Merchant Deposit Capture product
- Prepare and coordinate Merchant Deposit Capture risk assessment
- Manage overall MDC activities on a daily basis
- Provide technical knowledge and assistance with department projects and customers
- Assist in the development of processes and procedures of the MDC department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
- 1-3 years of banking or office experience or equivalent higher education experience
- Strong PC computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General banking knowledge and cash management knowledge desired
