      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales
      - Conduct face-to-face meetings regionally 4-6 times per year to cover vacancies and events
      - Promote client products via outbound and inbound calls, engaging healthcare professionals in program discussions
      - Maintain call productivity and metrics while creating and implementing business plans to achieve sales goals
      - Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies while preparing reports for management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical sales
      - Ability to travel within the Western U.S. for face-to-face healthcare professional interactions 4-6 times per year
      - Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
      - Willingness to cover all time zones selling virtually

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales
      - Strong rapport-building skills and active listening abilities
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Strong technical skills with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office
      - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
