What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Epic Willow functionality and workflows
- Provide clinical pharmacy expertise to optimize system design and performance
- Collaborate with implementation representatives and end users to ensure Epic meets organizational needs
- Analyze workflows, data collection, and technical issues to design effective solutions
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate risks, and introduce best practices for future workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy or higher
- Minimum of 5+ years of healthcare experience or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience
- Licensed pharmacist
- Epic Willow certification within 45 days of training completion
- Beacon certification within six months of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PharmD or Master's degree
- 7+ years of healthcare experience
