Job Description
- Req#: 16511
- Engage in cold outreach to generate leads while reviving dormant business
- Manage direct relationships with clients and execute trades in the system
- Handle trades typically amounting to hundreds of millions
- Onboard clients into the system and facilitate necessary documentation
- Travel to NYC for initial training and meet with teams in Chicago
- Remote-capable role supporting Asia and European market coverage during overnight trading hours: 3:00 PM-1:00 AM or 12:00 AM-8:00 AM.
- Minimum two years of trading execution experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and located in the United States
- FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 (or 3) with active status required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with US treasury trading and sovereign bonds is preferred
- Familiarity with trading Asia and European hours is preferred
- Health (PPO) and dental coverage
- 401(k) with profit-sharing based on company performance
- 15 days of PTO, negotiable to 20 days
Position Title: Remote Execution Sales Trader (New York)
The Execution Sales Trader plays a pivotal role in facilitating equity execution and foreign exchange transactions, with a focus on rates markets and futures trading. This position demands a proactive approach to selling into asset management, sell-side, hedge funds, and buy-side clients. The individual will be responsible for managing direct client relationships while navigating a fast-paced trading environment. A strong emphasis is placed on prospecting and closing leads to drive successful trades. Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 / Year DOE
