What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining consistent communication
- Manage personal and business calendars, scheduling appointments while identifying potential conflicts
- Conduct research on various topics, providing timely results to team members
- Oversee administrative tasks such as inbox management, data entry, and expense reporting
- Attend virtual meetings, drafting agendas and taking minutes to ensure follow-up on action items
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives
- Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience
- Must have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with C-level executives
- Familiarity with task management programs such as Trello or Asana
- Experience with communication platforms like Slack
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite and WordPress
