What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the formulation and preparation of the operating budget for the university and its regional campuses
- Analyze and review financial information to ensure alignment with budget projections
- Prepare monthly budget reports using financial software and integrated databases
- Conduct environmental scans and analyze cash flow activity to maximize resource utilization
- Develop and monitor student fee revenue and salary projections

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a directly related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in financial operations of a complex organization
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of accounting/budgeting principles
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a flexible environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a directly related field plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in financial operations
- Certified Public Accountant certification is desirable but not required
