      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while documenting customer interactions

      - Maintain records of customer interactions and process accounts efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
      - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
      - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
      - Proficient in typing and familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office

      - Pleasant phone demeanor and ability to adapt to different customer personalities
