      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage prior authorizations (PAs) and insurance verification for patients
      - Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance payers via telephone and email
      - Verify patient's insurance coverage and handle claims, denials, and appeals
      - Conduct billing and coding to ensure accurate processing of medical claims
      - Receive inbound and outbound calls from patients and insurance providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must live in Irving, TX, and surrounding cities to pick up equipment
      - Minimum of 1 year of recent experience with medical insurance, specifically in prior authorizations
      - Experience with Medicare/Medicaid program administration and insurance verification
      - Knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, or CPT is a huge plus
      - Must have no attendance issues and possess a high school diploma or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in claim adjudication or medical billing
      - Ability to multi-task and effectively use dual monitors
      - Strong work attitude and willingness to assist others
      - Willingness to participate in an on-camera interview
