What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle 50-80 inbound calls daily, providing excellent customer service
- Answer questions regarding member insurance benefits and coverage
- Assist members in finding in-network providers
- Display empathy in all communications with members
- Focus on achieving one-call resolution for member inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in healthcare customer service
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls effectively
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with insurance benefits and provider networks
- Familiarity with remote work environments
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience in customer interactions
- Bilingual skills are a plus
