  The Short Version
  
  We need a closer who can run consultative Zoom calls with business owners and help them decide if our AI Business Accelerator is the right fit. You're not cold calling. You're not chasing leads. You're taking pre-qualified, warm appointments and running 45-60 minute consultations. If you can sell, you'll make great money here in this trending niche.

  Our past company generated over $55 million in online sales in the high ticket coaching & consulting industry. We ranked #148 on the Inc. 5000. We built one of the top online education companies in the country, and now we're building our next business in the AI space.
  
  Our current offer you'll be selling is the AI Business Accelerator, a 10-week program that helps established business owners (people already making money, not beginners) scale their operations using AI systems, automation, and lead generation. Programs range from $2,000 to $35,000.
  
  We've been through massive growth before. We know what a winning sales team looks like, and we're building one that can scale beyond $1M/month. We're about 8mo into the ground floor opportunity of that build.
  
  What You'll Do
  
  • Run 4-5 live Zoom consultation calls per day with pre-qualified business owners
  • Diagnose each prospect's situation through deep discovery questions
  • Present the right program level based on their needs and goals
  • Handle objections, navigate the investment conversation, and close
  • Manage your pipeline in our CRM (Close), update notes, set follow-ups
  • Hit 20 enrollments per month at target (20% close rate on 100 live calls)
  • Participate in weekly call reviews and team trainings with our professional sales coaching partner
  
  
  What You're Selling
  
  A real product that changes lives in a niche that's in demand and our prospects know they need it. Our past clients have built additional six and seven-figure revenue streams implementing the consulting we provide. We have 400+ 5 star reviews on Trustpilot. This isn't a "guru" offer with no substance. It's a structured 10-week program backed by a team that cares, custom AI software and tools, and a proven track record of helping people take action and get results. You'll feel good about what you're selling.
  
  Compensation
  
  • 10% commission per closed deal
  • Programs range from $2,000 to $35,000 per enrollment - main product is $12-18k
  • At KPI (20 deals/month), that's an estimated $13,700 - $15,200/month depending on package mix
  • On-track earnings: $165,000 - $183,000/year
  • Commission is uncapped. Close more, earn more. Period.
  • Paid on collected revenue, not promises
  
  
  What We Provide (This Is Not a "Figure It Out Yourself" Role)
  
  • Pre-qualified, warm leads. You're not prospecting. Our setter team books your calendar with people who have already expressed interest and been screened.
  • Professional sales coaching. Weekly 1-on-1 call reviews and team trainings from Wires from Strangers, a professional sales management firm with 20+ years of experience building elite sales teams. Their Sales Director reviews your actual calls and coaches you on exactly what to improve.
  • AI-powered systems. We have a lean and mean team and use AI to help us go further, faster, serving our clients and team with less effort.
  • On-demand training center. Unlimited access to a full sales training curriculum covering objection handling, discovery frameworks, closing sequences, and sales psychology.
  • Proven scripts and pitch deck. You're not building the sales process from scratch. We have a tested framework, a structured call flow, and a presentation that converts. You learn it, you run it, you make it your own.
  • CRM and tools. Close CRM, Zoom, Slack, Loom. Everything set up and ready for you.
  
  
  What We're Looking For
  
  Required:
  
  • 2+ years of sales experience closing deals over the phone or on Zoom
  • Experience with high-ticket sales ($2,000+ per deal)
  • Comfortable with 100% commission-based compensation
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills (not hard-sell, not pitch-and-pray)
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and your own computer
  • Available during USA business hours (8am-5pm)
  • Coachable. You'll be getting direct and actionable feedback every week. We need people who are driven to grow, not people who think they already know everything.
  
  
  Preferred (not required):
  
  • Experience in business consulting, education, SaaS, or info-product sales
  • Familiarity with AI, GoHighLevel, Close CRM, or similar tools
  • Prior investment in your own sales development or training
  
  
  This role is NOT for you if:
  
  • You need a base salary to survive. This is commission-only. The upside is huge, and the AI opportunity is just starting to ramp up, but you need to be financially stable enough to ramp.
  • You're looking for a side hustle. This is a full-time commitment, 40 hours/week.
  • You're not comfortable or professional on camera. You'll be on Zoom all day with business professionals and entrepreneurs.
  • You don't like accountability. We track KPIs, review calls, and hold a high bar. That's how we all get better and earn more.
