What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in consultative selling to identify client needs and recommend personalized insurance plans
- Drive new business by acquiring new households and maximizing self-generated leads
- Consistently quote a minimum of 3 new households daily to meet performance targets
- Utilize advanced tools such as Salesforce CRM and virtual meeting software to manage client interactions
- Participate in comprehensive training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential
- Must possess or be willing to obtain the Indiana Property & Casualty License and the Indiana Life & Health License
- No minimum work experience or education required; emphasis on character and drive
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with insurance products, though not mandatory
- Strong communication skills that facilitate effective client interactions
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a sales environment
