What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each inquiry is resolved with a high degree of problem-solving and customer focus
- Address inquiries primarily via phone, chat, and email as the first point of contact for Leave and Disability-related inquiries
- Build trust through empathetic, personalized conversations by adapting case management plans to meet employee needs
- Respond to issues during leave events, ensuring proper communication and documentation
- Consult and collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in HR and customer service, including phone and chat interactions
- Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy
- Proven ability to adapt to changing workloads and manage contacts in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with strict adherence to data privacy
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
