What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
- Determine customer concerns and schedule necessary appointments
- Communicate effectively to ensure customers feel heard and informed
- Document and update customer records accurately
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships while upholding company standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills and ability to type 40+ wpm
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively
