      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide quotes and sell insurance policies across multiple lines and carriers
      - Deliver outstanding client service and build positive relationships with prospective clients
      - Utilize various systems to track information and respond to customer inquiries
      - Identify customer needs and meet those needs using sales tools and techniques
      - Collaborate with the team to enhance energy, morale, and productivity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a Property & Casualty License to sell both personal and commercial insurance
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Ability to be qualified by DOI as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers
      - Strong professional phone etiquette and working knowledge of auto policies, underwriting, and billing guidelines
      - Proven typing speed while engaging with customers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales or customer service role within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with various sales systems and tools
      - Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service
      - Availability to work flexible hours, including rotating Saturdays
      - Previous success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
