      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers
      - Close sales by presenting tailored solutions that fit customer needs
      - Upsell and cross-sell additional products when appropriate
      - Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers
      - Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay updated on offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of Inside Sales, Telesales, or Call Center Sales experience
      - Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals
      - Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
      - Strong multi-tasking and CRM/data entry skills
      - Availability for evening and Saturday shifts as required
