What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive inbound calls from potential customers as a result of various marketing campaigns
- Consultatively engage with customers to identify their needs and close sales
- Schedule installation appointments with ADT Field employees
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs and transferring calls for resolution
- Perform follow-up activities including quotes and information requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred
- Proven sales ability and closing skills
- Strong listening skills for conducting needs analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while engaging with prospects

- Experience in a sales role within the security or technology sector
- Familiarity with smart home technology and security systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
