What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive inbound calls from potential customers and follow sales processes to close sales
- Consult with customers to determine needs and schedule installation appointments
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and transferring calls for resolution
- Perform follow-up on quotes and information requests as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of sales experience preferred
- Proven sales ability and closing skills
- Strong listening skills for effective needs analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask while engaging with prospects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role
- Familiarity with smart home security products and technology
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
