      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage multiple DoD software development projects simultaneously
      - Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project management documentation
      - Apply Agile methodologies for user story development, backlog management, and sprint execution
      - Oversee activities of project team members, including software developers and engineers
      - Review and approve project deliverables for technical accuracy and compliance with DoD standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Required Secret Clearance
      - Bachelor’s degree in Program/Project Management, Business Management, or related discipline, with 5 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree
      - Active PMP certification with 5 years of experience, or 10 years without PMP
      - 5 years of demonstrated program/project management experience
      - 5 years of experience in both DoD and DoD software development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SCRUM Master Certification
      - Experience with additional Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
      - Experience supporting enterprise-level DoD IT modernization initiatives
      - Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and software development governance frameworks
