What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide oversight and support for workflows and functions to ensure quality in daily operations
- Collaborate with leadership on team selection, orientation, and performance feedback
- Develop and maintain educational programs, including new employee orientation
- Serve as the primary contact for guiding colleagues and leaders regarding Leave of Absence cases
- Participate in the development and support of service delivery plans and workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local laws regarding leave and disability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing leave of absence programs or similar HR functions
- Familiarity with compliance regulations such as FMLA and ADAAA
- Previous training or mentoring experience within a team setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Background in healthcare or employee relations
