What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide alcohol and grocery-related licensing and renewal work
- Gather information from internal teams and track the status of multiple licensing projects
- Perform data entry, routing, signature tracking, and draft correspondence
- Manage high volumes of tasks and projects efficiently and independently
- Maintain a client-service orientation with attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Minimum bachelor's degree required
- Experience working with internal teams or cross-functionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Legal administrative experience (0-2 years) is a plus
- Business licensing experience is ideal
- Knowledge of Excel pivot tables and Smartsheet
- Paralegal skills are advantageous
