      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Meet or exceed performance goals in quality, conversion, and customer satisfaction
      - Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Life & Health Insurance License in MI, WI, IN, FL, GA, NC, SC, or TX
      - Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, call center, or sales
      - Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
      - Must pass a federal background check and reside in an eligible state

      - Experience in a remote work environment
      - Familiarity with CRM systems
      - Additional insurance certifications or training
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
